The field is moved to the east side of the campus site along Maddison, with a field house placed central to the field. Housing is shown at the northern end of the site between Maddison and Bank. A one way pickup and drop-off loop is accommodated off of Richmond, with the addition of a one-way street onto Richardson with perpendicular at-grade parking spaces. The concept also has underground parking being accessed at the north-west corner.
The turf field remains in place and the site access from Richmond is enhanced with new administration and admissions buildings around the existing oak tree meadow. A field house is proposed central to the field. The pick-up and drop-off area is shown as taking place along the internal street with at-grade parking, both parallel and perpendicular. The majority of parking would be located underground below the Dining Hall, the Commons building and the common courtyard with access through the south central area. The internal street is shown as a two-way onto Richmond, and a one-way exit only to Richardson.
